I recently visited Thachang, and it was a treat! The place has a warm, welcoming vibe that makes you feel like you’re in Thailand. I tried a variety of dishes, and each had that bold, authentic Thai flavor.
I started with the Special Pork Boat Noodles. The broth was rich and slightly spicy, with tender pork that was perfectly cooked. It was comforting and packed with flavor.
Then, I had the Deep Fried Pork Belly with Special Chili Sauce. The pork belly was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a chili sauce that gave it a great kick.
One standout was the Tom Yum Hot Pot with River Prawn and Seafood. The tom yum soup had the perfect balance of sour, spicy, and savory, and the seafood was fresh. It’s a great choice if you’re with friends.
For dessert, I couldn’t resist the Mango Sticky Rice. The mango was sweet and fresh, and the sticky rice with coconut milk was the perfect way to end the meal. I paired it with a classic Thai Milk Tea, which was creamy and sweet. The tea balanced the spice from the meal really well.
