MPL’s Review Of Tinto Singapore
I finally visited Tinto and had a delightful experience with their Spanish flavors. The atmosphere was warm, and the place felt inviting, perfect for sharing tapas and drinks with friends.
I started with Gambas al Ajillo. The prawns cooked in roasted garlic oil with chili were flavorful, and each bite had just the right hint of spice. Alongside, I sipped a glass of Spanish red wine, which complemented the dishes well.
Next, I tried the Iberico Ham “5J”. It was aged for 36 months, and the flavor was incredible. Paired with crystal bread and crushed tomato, it felt like a truly authentic experience.
Another favorite was the Patatas Bravas. The crispy baby potatoes with spicy aioli were addictive, and they added a nice crunch to the meal.
The Pulpo a la Brasa was tender and smoky, grilled to perfection. The “mojo rojo” sauce and lentil stew balanced the octopus nicely. I enjoyed it with a refreshing Marrakesh mint tea, which helped cool down after the rich flavors.
To end the meal, I couldn’t resist the Churros con Chocolate. The churros were crispy and paired beautifully with warm chocolate sauce and vanilla cream. It was the perfect sweet ending.
Tinto did not disappointed us. Every dish was delicious, and I enjoyed my time here. Tinto is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Spanish flavors.
