I recently visited Wooloomooloo Steakhouse, and let me tell you, it was a feast for the senses! This place is a paradise for anyone who loves a good steak and high-quality seafood.
Right off the bat, the starters set the stage for an amazing meal. The Mediterranean Burrata was a delightful mix of creamy cheese and savory Parma ham, while the Australian Wagyu Carpaccio melted in my mouth. But the star of the show was definitely the Sautéed Slipper Lobsters, the combination of lobster bisque and crispy pancetta was out of this world.
The oysters, fresh and served with a variety of sauces, were a real treat. I particularly enjoyed the Kilpatrick oysters, with their smoky bacon and thyme flavor.
For the main course, the steaks were simply sublime. I tried the Australian Barley Fed Rib Eye, and it was cooked to perfection, juicy and full of flavor. The Beef Wellington was another showstopper, with its rich layers of mushroom duxelle, Parma ham, and tenderloin, all wrapped up in a flaky pastry.
