The Dragon Chamber feels like a hidden gem. You enter through what looks like an old fridge door, and it opens into a dim, cozy space. The vibe is secretive yet exciting.
I started with their Iberico Char Siew. The meat was tender, with a sweet and smoky glaze. The sesame dressing and ice plant salad added a nice crunch. It was a great start to the meal.
Next, I tried the Wasabi Prawns with Tobiko. The prawns were crispy, and the wasabi sauce was just the right amount of spicy. The tobiko on top gave it a pop of texture.
