MPL’s Review Of Waku Ghin Singapore
I recently visited Waku Ghin, and the experience was truly special. The restaurant has a luxurious vibe, and the food lived up to the high expectations.
I started with the Marinated Botan Shrimp and Oscietra Caviar. The shrimp was so fresh, and the rich caviar added a burst of flavor. It’s definitely a pricey dish, but it was worth it for the unique taste.
The Tartare of King Salmon was another standout. The salmon was buttery, and the tartare was prepared beautifully. I also tried the Fried Marinated Chicken, which was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It had a great balance of flavors.
One of my favorite dishes was the Grilled Carabinero Shrimp . It was perfectly grilled and had a slight sweetness that made every bite delightful.
For meat lovers, the Charcoal Grill Ohmi Wagyu Steak was absolutely amazing. The steak was so tender and melted in my mouth.
For dessert, I had the Matcha Terrine, which was a perfect way to end the meal. The matcha paired well with the vanilla ice cream.
While Waku Ghin is definitely on the expensive side, the quality of food and service made it an unforgettable dining experience.
