Under Der Linden is a great spot for brunch or dinner. The cozy and stylish interior made me feel relaxed. I visited with a couple of friends and enjoyed their food and drinks.
We started with the Linden Big Breakfast. It had everything you’d want—eggs, bacon, chicken sausage, and sourdough. The confit potato was soft and buttery. It was very filling.
The Chili Crab Pasta stood out. The sauce was rich, with a good kick of spice. The jumbo crab meat added a lot of flavor. The poached egg on top made it even better.
We also tried the Butter Broth Linguine. It came with tiger prawns and squid. The spicy version was perfect. It had just the right amount of heat.
For sharing, the Seafood Platter was amazing. It had fresh, delicious options that were worth every bite. The Charcoal-Fire Argentina Ribeye was tender and juicy. The beef jus complemented it well.
