MPL’s Review Of Trovato Singapore
I visited Trovato for a dinner with friends, and it was a memorable experience. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, perfect for a night out.
We started with the Grilled Octopus. The octopus was tender and paired well with the squid ink aioli. The flavors were bold and satisfying. The Ostriche Al Forno was next, and it was indulgent. The baked oysters with bacon and mornay sauce were rich and creamy.
For mains, I tried the Ricotta Ravioli. The charcoal pasta and pumpkin butternut sauce were a delightful combination. It was creamy and not overly heavy. The Truffle Mushroom Pizza stood out too. The truffle aroma and cheesy goodness made it a favorite at our table.
The Burrata Salad offered a refreshing break. The burrata cheese and balsamic glaze worked perfectly with the cherry tomatoes. The Beef Lasagne was comforting, with its layers of pasta, beef, and béchamel sauce.
For drinks, I enjoyed the Iced Shaken Honey Mango Tea. It was sweet and refreshing, complementing the savory dishes. The San Pellegrino Pompelmo added a nice fizzy touch to the meal.
The only slight letdown was the Arancini. While crispy on the outside, I found the flavors a bit bland compared to the other dishes.
Overall, Trovato is a great place for Italian food with creative twists. I would love to return to try more dishes!
