MPL’s Review Of The Coconut Club Singapore
I recently visited The Coconut Club and had a great experience.
For starters, I had the Kueh Pie Ti. The crispy tart shells were filled with fresh vegetables and baby lobster. It was light, crunchy, and a great appetizer.
Their Signature Ayam Goreng Berempah stood out for me. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender inside. The rempah crumbs added a nice crunch and spice. It’s the perfect dish for nasi lemak lovers.
I also tried the Beef Rendang, which was rich and flavorful. The beef was soft, and the coconut milk added a creamy texture. It paired well with the coconut rice. If you enjoy hearty, traditional flavors, this dish is a must.
Their Singaporean Seafood Laksa was another highlight. The spicy coconut broth had the right amount of heat, and the fresh prawns and clams made it even more satisfying. The homemade otah in the laksa added a nice touch.
To finish off, I went for the Kueh Bingka. The tapioca cake was buttery and rich, while the salted gula melaka ice cream was the perfect balance of sweet and salty.
I also loved their Coconut Shake. It was refreshing, and the fresh coconut flesh added texture.
The Coconut Club offers great local flavors with a modern twist. I highly recommend it for a taste of Singapore!
