MPL’s Review Of The Boneless Kitchen Singapore
I recently visited The Boneless Kitchen and enjoyed a memorable Korean vegetarian meal. The cozy setting made it perfect for a relaxed dining experience.
I started with the Soondubu Jjigae with Rice. The spicy tofu stew was hearty and comforting. The soft tofu melted in my mouth, and the rice paired well with the rich broth.
Next, I had the Kimchi Bokkeumbap with Egg. The fried rice was full of flavor, and the fried egg on top added a creamy touch.
The Japchae was another highlight. The sweet potato noodles were chewy and perfectly seasoned with vegetables and mushrooms. It was light yet satisfying.
I also tried the Toppokki, which came with chewy rice cakes in a sweet and spicy sauce. It reminded me of classic Korean street food.
For drinks, I ordered the Yuja Ade and the Boricha. The Yuja Ade was refreshing with its citrusy sweetness, while the Boricha had a subtle roasted flavor that balanced the meal nicely.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The menu has a lot of variety, and the food feels authentic despite being vegetarian. The drinks complemented the meal perfectly. If you love Korean food and want something unique, this is a place to visit.
