Pietro Ristorante Italiano is a cozy spot for authentic Italian food. I visited with a few friends and had a great time exploring their menu. The atmosphere was warm, with a casual vibe that made us feel at home.
We started with the Funghi Fritti. The fried mushrooms were crispy, and the anchovy mayo added a nice tangy touch. It was a delightful way to kick off the meal.
For the mains, I tried the Risotto Di Mare Zafferano. The creamy saffron rice was loaded with seafood like prawns, clams, and squid. Every bite was flavorful, and the seafood was fresh.
My friend ordered the Pizza Al Tartufo. The truffle aroma was amazing, and the mushrooms and rocket salad balanced the flavors perfectly.
To complement the food, I had a refreshing glass of their house white wine. It paired wonderfully with the seafood dishes.
For dessert, the Tiramisu Classico stood out. The layers of mascarpone and espresso-soaked ladyfingers were rich and satisfying. It was a sweet ending to our meal.
The only dish I felt could improve was the Spaghetti Al Nero Di Seppia. While the squid ink sauce was bold, it tasted slightly overpowering.
