Pastago serves up a delicious pasta experience. As a local foodie, I was excited to try some unique flavors with friends.
We ordered a variety, including the Hot Pink (Tomato Cream) with Smoked Salmon. It was creamy and flavorful, with the tomato sauce adding a nice balance. The smoked salmon was a tasty addition.
The Chilli Crab with Sautéed Prawns stood out. It had that familiar spicy, sweet, and tangy taste, but with pasta instead of the usual crab. The prawns were juicy and added a nice bite to the dish. I can see why this is a local favorite.
We also had the Traditional Carbonara with Smoked Duck. It was rich, creamy, and made with real egg and cheese. The smoked duck bits added a unique twist that made the dish special.
On the side, we tried the Mozzarella Cheese Sticks. They were stretchy, cheesy, and just right for sharing. The Small Cheese Pasta Fries were also a hit crispy and addictive, perfect for snacking.
Overall, Pastago is a great spot for pasta lovers. Their creative flavors and local-inspired sauces make it worth a visit. I’d definitely go back for more.
