MPL’s Review Of Kucina Singapore
I recently visited Kucina , and it was such a delightful experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends.
I started with the Funghi Portobello Ripieno, which was delicious. The Portobello mushroom was perfectly stuffed with ricotta cheese, sundried tomato, and spinach. It had a smoky flavor from the charcoal oven, which made it even better.
For the main, I had the Orrechiatte E Granchio. The ear-shaped pasta was tossed in a creamy, mildly spicy tomato sauce with fresh crabmeat. The crispy fried soft-shell crab on top added a nice crunch. It was so flavorful, and the dish felt so comforting.
I also tried the La Barca pizza, which was amazing! The smoked scamorza cheese and truffle pate made it so rich and flavorful. It was a bit different from the usual pizza, and I loved it.
To wash it down, I had Kucina’s Signature Basil Lemon Sprite. It was the perfect refreshing drink, sweet, zesty, and unique. It went well with all the dishes I tried.
For dessert, I couldn’t resist the Classic Tiramisu. It was the perfect end to the meal, creamy, rich, and with just the right amount of coffee flavor.
Overall, I had a fantastic time at Kucina. The food was top-notch, and the drinks were refreshing. It’s a great spot for a casual meal or a special occasion. I’ll definitely be back!
