MPL’s Review Of Fluff Stack Singapore
I visited Fluff Stack recently and had an amazing experience. The fluffy pancakes were light, soft, and truly delightful.
I started with the Mango Passionfruit Soufflé Pancakes. The fresh mango and passionfruit coulis were refreshing and tangy. The coconut sago added a unique texture, while the Chantilly cream made it even more indulgent.
Next, I tried the Hazelnut Chocolate Soufflé Pancakes. The hazelnut chocolate was rich and paired perfectly with the feuilletine and fresh strawberries. It felt like a dessert and breakfast combined!
For something different, I went for the Musang King Durian Soufflé Pancakes. The durian flavor was bold and creamy, complemented by the Gula Melaka syrup. Durian lovers should not miss this one.
I also had the Cinnamon & Sugar Croffles. These croissant-waffle hybrids were crispy and buttery, with just the right amount of sweetness.
However, i found The Tiramisu Soufflé Pancake, a bit underwhelming. The flavors were subtle and didn’t stand out as much as the other dishes.
Overall, Fluff Stack is a paradise for pancake lovers. The variety and creativity of the menu make it worth visiting again. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their croffles and waffles.
