MPL’s Review Of Eat 3 Bowls Singapore

Eat 3 Bowls offers a taste of Taiwan right here in Singapore. I tried their signature Braised Pork Rice, which came with tender, flavorful pork belly over rice. The sauce was rich and slightly sweet, soaking nicely into the rice and making each bite satisfying.

The Shredded Chicken Rice was also delicious, with soft chicken pieces and a savory sauce that kept it simple yet tasty.

Their Oyster and Pig Intestine Mee Sua was a pleasant surprise. The noodles were silky and paired well with the rich, hearty broth, while the oysters added a fresh, briny flavor. I wasn’t sure about the pig intestines, but they were tender and nicely braised.

For sides, I tried the Mushroom Meatball Soup, which was comforting and had a nice depth of flavor. The Taiwanese Sausage added a sweet and savory touch to the meal, with just the right amount of smokiness.

To wash it all down, I went for the Bubble Milk Tea, which had the right balance of sweetness, and the chewy tapioca pearls were spot-on.

Overall, Eat 3 Bowls hits the spot if you’re craving Taiwanese flavors. The dishes are simple, satisfying, and bring a taste of Taiwan’s street food culture.
