I recently visited Dewgather and had a delightful breakfast experience. The place has a cozy vibe, and the food feels crafted with care.
I started with the Dewgather Breakfast, a generous plate with scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms, hash brown, smashed avocado, and sourdough. Each bite felt hearty and comforting, and the fresh mixed salad balanced the richness.
I also tried the Classic Salmon Avo. It came with smoked salmon, creamy avocado, and a perfectly soft 63-degree egg. The dish tasted fresh and light, with the sourdough adding a nice crunch. It’s a simple combination but done so well.
For something sweet, I ordered the French Toast with Salted Cream. The brioche was fluffy, and the salted cream gave it a pleasant twist. Paired with berries and maple syrup, it’s just the right amount of sweetness.
The Candy Floss French Toast is another fun treat, with a lovely mix of textures and flavors, especially with the crème anglaise ice cream.
On the drink side, I enjoyed a refreshing Yuzu Fizz and a creamy Matcha Latte. The Yuzu Fizz is light and bubbly, perfect with the heavier breakfast items, while the Matcha Latte had a balanced, earthy flavor.
Dewgather’s menu feels like it has something for everyone, whether you’re there for a hearty breakfast or a sweet treat. Its Definitely a place I’ll visit again.
