MPL’s Review Of Brunches Café Singapore
I recently visited Brunches Café, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The all-day breakfast options are impressive, and they make each dish with such care.
I started with the Eggs Royale. The poached eggs with smoked salmon were fresh and delicious, and the homemade hollandaise added a creamy, tangy kick.
The Fluffy Pancake Stacks were next on my list. They were soft, light, and served with fresh fruits, butter, and maple syrup. It’s a classic, but Brunches does it perfectly.
For something savory, I tried the Crispy Duck Leg Confit. The duck was crispy on the outside and tender inside, with a sweet balsamic glaze that balanced the flavors beautifully.
I also had the Brunches Fiery Ribeye Steak Aglio Olio. The steak was juicy, and the aglio olio pasta had a nice spicy kick.
On the side, I ordered the Truffle Fries. These were a treat, with a generous sprinkle of parmesan and a hint of truffle oil. The fries were crispy, and the flavor was spot-on.
To finish, I couldn’t resist the Ondeh Ondeh Sponge Cake. It was soft, fluffy, and had the familiar pandan and coconut taste that I love.
For drinks, I chose the Honey Orange Yuzu Soda. It was refreshing and slightly sweet, a perfect way to end the meal.
Brunches Café definitely impressed me. The food, ambiance, and variety make it a great spot for any brunch lover in Singapore.
