I recently visited BHC Chicken, and I was impressed! As someone who loves Korean fried chicken, BHC definitely lived up to the hype. I tried a few items from their menu, and here’s my experience.
First, I ordered the Bburinkle Chicken. The crispy coating was flavorful, with a nice blend of cheese and vegetable seasoning. It came with their signature Bburing Dip, which added a unique twist. The chicken was juicy and tender, not too oily, and each bite was delicious. It’s one of their best-selling items for a reason!
Next, I went for the Macho King. This chicken is coated with a soy sauce and honey-based oriental sauce. The sweetness of the honey balanced the salty soy sauce really well, making it super addictive. Perfect for anyone who likes a good balance of savory and sweet.
I also tried the Spicy Tteokbokki. The rice cakes were soft and chewy, and the spicy sauce had a nice kick. It’s a great side dish to share, especially if you’re dining with friends.
